Anticuchos can be made of any type of meat, but the most popular is beef heart that is marinated, skeweres, and seared over a grill. Served with potato & giant corn on abed of lettuce.

Baked potato filled with chopped beef & onions. Small bits of raisins, olives, & egg are also mixed into the center. Served with salsa criolla.
