Our Pollo a La Brasa ( Woodfire Rotisserie Chicken ) is hands down some of the best in town, if not, the best. We can confidently say we have some of the tastiest and juiciest chicken in the San Fernando Valley. So much so, that LA Weekly has rated us the number one Peruvian restaurant in all of Los Angeles. The seasoning of our chicken is probably our family's best-kept secret: a special recipe that has maintained a loyal fan base for the past eight years and counting. Aside from our pollo, we excel in traditional Peruvian specialties like Ceviche, Lomo Saltado, Chaufa, Picarones & more.
