The seasoning of our chicken is probably our family's best-kept secret: a special recipe that has maintained a loyal fan base for the past eight years and counting. Aside from our pollo, we excel in traditional Peruvian specialties like Ceviche, Lomo Saltado, Chaufa, Picarones & more. In addition, we offer a variety of colorful hot sauces or “Aji” as we like to call it, that may accompany any dish!
